The physical pain or illness is actually the last stage of “getting sick”. Before the body gets sick, the thoughts of this individual have been sick for a while. Negative thoughts are never a problem. The problem is that we allow them to occupy us. Negative thoughts are not necessarily passive, for example, hate and anger are common negative thoughts, and they need our attention in the whole body-mind-spirit examination as well.
Please don’t run away. Stay and face your inner world, see if there is often self-denial or pessimism in your thoughts and beliefs. For example, some people would believe that they will succeed in nothing, and this is that kind of thoughts that erode your body and mind, and get you sick.
From now on, try to ask yourself: “Do I always look for the bad parts in everything I see? Do I always look for the bad parts in me?” When we find out that our thoughts are sick, we need to start to change, to substitute them with positive, active and vigorous thoughts. Thoughts have life, they grow and generate physical effects, like virus do. So, try to “see” your thoughts, give them an exam once in a while like we do to our body, and your physical conditions will get better soon.
